Five streets in Millburn close Thursday, July 16, for construction work, according to a Millburn Township CivicAlerts notice posted Wednesday, July 15.
The closures:
- 357 Oxford Drive — 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Jefferson Avenue at Adams Avenue — 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- 249 Millburn Avenue — 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- South Terrace at Twin Oak Road — 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- 85 Woodland Road — 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Four of the five are recurring closures that also appeared on the township's Tuesday, July 14, list. Oxford Drive is the only new addition. The 249 Millburn Avenue and South Terrace sites have appeared on closure notices since at least Tuesday, June 23, suggesting extended summer projects.
All closures are weather-dependent. The township does not identify the type of work or contractors involved at any location.
