Livingston residents can sit down with a pharmacist for a free, private review of every medication and supplement they take on Monday, Oct. 12.

The Livingston Health Department and Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center (CBMC) are hosting the medication review program at the Livingston Senior/Community Center, 204 Hillside Ave. Sessions run from 9:30 a.m. to noon in Tahaney Room 1 on the first floor, according to the township's online calendar.

Each resident gets a one-on-one meeting with a CBMC pharmacy team member. The Health Department said in a press release that participants can ask questions about their prescriptions and supplements, confirm they are taking them correctly and learn how to avoid potentially unsafe drug interactions.

Appointments are required.

Residents can reserve a slot by calling the Health Department at 973-535-7961. The program is part of a series of free health events the Health Department and CBMC are offering in fall 2026. A "Living with Diabetes" presentation is scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 21, also at the Senior/Community Center, according to the township's public health education page.
