Millburn Township Public Schools is celebrating another strong year of Advanced Placement performance, but the district has not yet released the numbers behind the results.

The district announced Wednesday, July 16, that Millburn High School students earned “impressive” AP results for 2026. The announcement, posted by communications coordinator Stacie Wolfe, did not include the number of students who took AP exams, how many exams were administered, or the percentage of students who earned passing scores.

The College Board released 2026 AP scores to students nationwide on Monday, July 6, following exams held May 4 through May 15.

Millburn’s most recent publicly available AP data showed the district among the state’s strongest performers. In 2025, 96.2% of Millburn High School AP test-takers earned scores of 3 or higher — the benchmark typically considered a passing score for college credit — according to district data.

That performance helped Millburn earn Platinum status on the College Board’s 2025 AP School Honor Roll. The recognition, announced in February, also highlighted the school’s broad AP participation: 686 students completed 2,050 exams across 35 AP courses. Principal Robert Nixon Jr. oversees the high school’s academic program.

The district has not announced when the full 2026 AP results will be released.
