Shoppers at The Mall at Short Hills can book free one-on-one appointments with personal stylists starting Friday, Sept. 18.
The mall's Styled @Short Hills program returns for its second year, running through early October, according to Patch. Four stylists will be available for individual sessions focused on building fall outfits and working seasonal trends into existing wardrobes.
Patch reported the program ends Sunday, Oct. 4. A listing on the mall's website shows a date range through Oct. 14. The mall's full event page could not be accessed to confirm which date is correct.
What the sessions include
Each appointment pairs a shopper with one stylist for a private consultation. The stylist helps identify fall trends and suggests ways to build on pieces the shopper already owns, according to the Patch report. The mall describes the four stylists as top professionals from the New York metropolitan area.
The program debuted in 2025. A Facebook post from the mall at the time described it as the property's first personal styling event. This year's edition was promoted in an Aug. 22 Facebook video alongside the arrival of fall merchandise.
How to book
Appointments are free. Shoppers can schedule a session through the mall's Calendly booking page, which allows one personal styling session per guest with a professional stylist.
Sessions take place at the mall, located at 1200 Morris Turnpike in Short Hills.
The mall's website promotes the event as a way to get one-on-one guidance on fall looks. Booking was available as of Sept. 10, with appointments beginning Sept. 18.
